Reportedly, Prince William is grappling with maintaining composure in the face of Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis. The 41-year-old Prince of Wales is said to be feeling overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness and fear as his 42-year-old wife undergoes treatment, as per Us Weekly.

Sources suggest that Prince William has been seeking support from other members of the royal family to step in and fulfill his public responsibilities, allowing him to remain by Middleton’s side along with their children, Prince George aged 10, Princess Charlotte aged 8, and Prince Louis aged 5.

Another source shared insights on Middleton’s condition, stating, “She gets fatigued easily, but she’s been making an effort to spend as much time with her children as possible.”

After weeks of speculation surrounding Middleton’s whereabouts, she made an announcement via video on Friday, disclosing her cancer diagnosis.

“This news naturally came as a tremendous shock, and William and I have been diligently navigating this situation privately for the sake of our young family,” she expressed in the revelation.

“As you can understand, it has been a process. I needed time to recuperate from significant surgery before commencing my treatment. However, more importantly, we needed time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a manner suitable for them, reassuring them that I will be alright.”

Earlier, Kensington Palace had disclosed that she would undergo scheduled abdominal surgery in January and intended to resume her royal duties after Easter.

In light of the ongoing unexpected health issue, William and Kate have opted not to attend traditional Easter services on Sunday, choosing instead to prioritize their privacy during this challenging time.
